Shipping Policy

Each piece sold through this site is prepared and shipped personally by the artist, with the utmost care in packaging and attention to detail. We ship within Mexico and internationally using trusted shipping providers.

1. Processing and Delivery Times
  • Processing time:
    Each order requires 5 to 10 business days for careful packaging before it is handed over to the courier.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Within Mexico: 3 to 7 business days after shipping

    • U.S. and Canada: 7 to 15 business days after shipping

    • Other international destinations: 10 to 20 business days, depending on customs and local conditions

2. Carriers

Shipments are made using trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Estafeta, depending on the destination and artwork size.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, dimensions, and weight.

  • For large or international orders, a personalized shipping quote may be required.

  • Preferential national shipping rates may apply to small pieces or prints.

4. Packaging
  • Each artwork is packaged by hand using high-quality materials (rigid cardboard, corner protectors, foam, or reinforced wooden crates for large works).

  • Artworks are not shipped framed under glass to prevent damage during transit. Protective plastic and moisture-proof packaging are used instead.

5. Tracking
  • Once the package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • The buyer is responsible for monitoring the delivery and ensuring reception at the address provided.

6. International Duties and Taxes
  • Orders shipped outside of Mexico may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the sale price or shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Damages During Shipping
  • All artworks are insured for transit.

  • If a piece arrives damaged, the buyer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the packaging and the item.

  • We will assess the situation and offer a fair solution: replacement, partial refund, or repair when possible.

8. Additional Notes
  • Delivery times may vary due to exceptional events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or customs delays).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or unauthorized third-party forwarding addresses.
